Special “Dropped” merchandise ships out from our warehouse 7-10 Business Days after printing. Once your order is made & packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for any reason you did not receive a tracking link, reach out to us here!

While we hope you absolutely LOVE your special ordered “dropped” item, we understand there will be the need for returns. We will happily accept returns per our standard Return Policy (link to return policy).

Because these items are special orders and only printed in those quantities, we cannot accept exchanges on “drop” items.
