Shipping & Returns


  • We use USPS to ship out orders. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number where you can track your package. 
  • If at any moment you have an issue with your order, please email us at


  • Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
  • Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges for different sizes will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. If you need a smaller or larger size than what you received, please email us at and we will gladly coordinate that exchange.


  • While we hope you absolutely LOVE your special ordered “dropped” item, we understand there will be the need for returns.  We will happily accept returns per our standard return policy outlined above.
  • Because these items are special orders and the quantity we print is based on what's placed during the drop window, we cannot accept exchanges on “drop” items.
