Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING DETAILS:

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Items must be returned in their original condition, as received. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at shop@awakenwithjp.com with your order number and a photo of the damage—we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. A $7 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Simply email shop@awakenwithjp.com, and we’ll be happy to arrange the exchange.

"DROP" RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We hope you love your specially ordered “dropped” item! However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We gladly accept returns in accordance with our standard return policy outlined above.

Since these items are made to order based on demand during the drop window, we are unable to offer exchanges on “dropped” items.
