- Your order will ship within 7-10 Business days of you placing the order. If you ever need it rushed out faster, please email customer service and we will try to accommodate your request.
- We use USPS and FedEx to ship out orders. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number where you can track your package.
Exchanges and Returns are easier than ever!
- Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
- Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 60 days of delivery.
- Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
